What are the immediate responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Millennia Village as a preferred retirement resort destination.Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitors’ activities to enhance marketing efforts.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.Support the organisation and coordination of marketing events and initiatives, both on-site and off-site, including workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs.Assist in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for future improvements.Support the marketing team in maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and customer service. Strong passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn and develop marketing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and basic knowledge of graphic design tools. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute ideas and solutions. Knowledge of the retirement resort industry or hospitality sector is advantageous. Must be available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week (inclusive of lunch hours) for a duration of 3 or 6 months. Must be able to work in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
