Job Overview We are looking for an Sales / Customer Service Intern to join our Sales team. This internship opportunity provides valuable hands-on experience in sales and customer service within the hospitality industry. What are the immediate responsibilities: Assist the Sales/Customer Service team in maintaining strong relationships with potential customers of Millennia Village. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about the retirement resort’s services, amenities, and pricing. Assist to conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Millennia Village. Assist in coordinating and executing sales and marketing initiatives, including events, open houses, and promotional activities. Support the sales team in prospecting and lead generation activities, including identifying potential customers and following up on leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience. What are the requirements: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.Genuine Interest in sales and customer service.Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Must be available to work 45 hours per week for a duration of either 3 or 6 months.Good language command (written and verbal) in English. Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia) is an added advantage.Must be able to be located at the Village, located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
