Booking Policies | Terms and Conditions

1. Check In/ Check Out Policy

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00). Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (12:00).

Early Check-In Charges:
  • 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (15:00): 50% of the nightly room rate.
  • Prior to 10:00 AM: 100% of the nightly room rate.
Late Check-Out Charges:
  • Until 2:00 PM (14:00): 50% of the nightly room rate.
  • From 2:00 PM onwards (14:00): 100% of the nightly room rate.

All early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and require arrangement at least 1 week before the arrival date. Millennia Village can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in a secure location if your room is not yet ready, or after check-out. Exceeding check-out times without prior arrangement may result in charges being applied to your bill in accordance with the above rates.


2. Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Millennia Village reserves the right to pre-authorise the provided credit card for the amount of the first night’s stay prior to arrival to ensure validity.

Standard Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 3:00 PM local resort time).

Late Cancellation: Cancellations received within less than 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first (1st) night’s room rate plus applicable taxes and service charges.

No-Show: In the event of a “No-Show” (failure to arrive without prior notice), the credit card on file will be charged a penalty fee of the first night’s stay. The remaining nights of the reservation will be released.

Refund Integrity & Security: To ensure financial transparency and prevent fraudulent activity, all approved refunds shall be processed strictly via the original payment method (the credit card used for the guarantee). Refunds cannot be issued in cash, via bank transfer, or to an alternative credit card. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Booking Amendments: Changes to bookings must be made formally in writing (e.g., via email). No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by Millennia Village. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change.


3. Child and Extra Bed Policy

  • Infants (Aged 0–5): Complimentary stay using existing bedding. Includes breakfast.
  • Children (Aged 6–12): Complimentary stay using existing bedding. Breakfast is charged at MYR 28 nett per child, per day.
  • Adults & Teens (Aged 13+): Requires an extra bed at MYR 100 nett per night. Includes breakfast for one (1) person.

Extra beds are subject to availability. Requests must be made 2 days prior to the arrival date. Rates quoted are per bed per night, inclusive of taxes.


4. Liability & Guest Responsibility

A signed Disclaimer Form is mandatory for all guests utilising the hiking trails. Guests enter the property at their own risk. Participation in activities, including but not limited to swimming, hiking, cycling, and walking, is the sole responsibility of the guest. Millennia Village holds no responsibility for accidents caused by nature or natural disasters. The Resort accepts no liability for personal injury, loss of property, or accidents occurring during the stay.


5. Pet Policy

Only small breeds (i.e. dogs and cats) under 10kg are permitted, with a limit of two (2) pets per room. Exotic, wild, or aggressive animals are strictly prohibited.

A fee of RM150.00 nett per pet applies for the duration of the stay. A security deposit of MYR 200.00 will be collected upon check-in and is refundable subject to a room inspection. Guests must notify the resort in advance to ensure pet-friendly room availability.


6. Tourism Tax

An additional Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night will apply to foreign tourists upon check-in. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR will be exempted.


7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Information collected (name, contact info, demographics) is used to understand your needs and provide better service, including internal record keeping and promotional updates if you opt-in.

Security & Cookies: We use physical and electronic procedures to safeguard your data. Credit card numbers are not saved for security reasons. You can adjust your browser settings to notify you about cookies, though rejecting them may limit some website functionality.
