What does my rental cover?
At Millennia Village, we advocate a less-hassle lifestyle for our residents. Thus, your monthly rental fees are inclusive of:
- Fully furnished unit (inclusive of TV, microwave and kitchenette)
- Water & electricity on fair use basis
- Housekeeping – once weekly cleaning of the unit and once daily cleaning of the common corridors/ground
- Daily breakfast & dinner
- Scheduled daily senior wellness activities
- WIFI
- FREE ACCESS to all facilities except for multifunction rooms
How do I secure a unit for long stays at Millennia Village?
A deposit is required to secure your tenure at Millennia Village. The minimum term is 1 year up to a 3 year lease. Deposits are priced in Ringgit Malaysia and are stated in the table below.
The deposits are refundable, in full, at the maturity of the tenure and in these circumstances: in the unfortunate event of death, terminal illness or requires assisted care living of either tenant.

What kind of assisted care options will be available in the event of illness/injury/partial disability?
Millennia Village is situated within minutes of many hospitals and healthcare centres. If there is an injury or a need for medical attention, we will make the arrangements to facilitate.
We have plans to establish an Assisted Living Residence adjacent to Millennia Village (estimated to open in 2028). This facility will be operated by trained healthcare professionals.
What is the process of registration?
- Register your interest and fill out the application form at www.millenniavillage.com.
- We will allocate a time for you to view our showroom and the mock-up units at our village.
- We will call you in for a discussion where we will request that you take a health and well-being assessment.
- Our internal committee will assess the application and will respond as expeditiously as possible.
- We will require an application fee if your application is successful.
What is the process for application?
An application fee of RM10,000 will be payable to reserve a unit of preference. This fee will form part of your tenure deposit should your application be approved at a date prior to the opening of operations at Millennia Village.
Should you choose to withdraw your application, we will refund you in full.
Can MM2H visa holders stay long-term at Millennia Village?
We warmly welcome long-term stays for foreign residents, especially those who are currently under the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program.
While we do not sell our units, we encourage MM2H applicants to secure a property in accordance with the program’s guidelines for long-term residency.
You can find all available MM2H information via the MOTAC (Malaysia Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia) website.
We closely monitor these evolving guidelines and will be happy to assist with serious enquiries.

Is Millennia Village halal?
Millennia Village offers a diverse and inclusive environment for all residents. Millennia Village is not Halal-certified. Halal-certified catering can be arranged upon request through our trusted partner caterers.
