Meet The Team
John Chia is the Chairman and Managing Director of Unisem (m) BERHAD, a company in the business of semiconductors. Born, raised, practised Law and had businesses in Seremban, he wanted to do a project in Seremban that would be iconic and the first of its kind in the country.
A fun fact: During the MCO, John developed the habit of walking, brisk walking an average of 10km daily. He lost 10 kgs in the process and has returned to the same weight as he carried during his college days in London decades ago.
Susan Ho has 30 years of experience in quarry operations and property development in her hometown of Seremban. Having children and her extended families abroad, Millennia Village, for her, is the ideal place to keep active, to build close connections and most importantly, to have fun, during the best years of her life.
A fun fact: Susan has a penchant for creativity. If you look around Millennia Village and in some of the residential suites, you will see her drawings and paintings. If you are lucky enough, she may even crochet something for you.
Peter Ho is the maverick behind the aesthetics and structure of the entire village. Peter Ho Architect and sister company Graphoz Design have been an architectural design group set up since 1994. Their philosophy is to create functional designs that integrate within natural landscapes. With extensive planning combined with great attention to detail, they take pride in various designs, across Malaysia, they have created over the years.
A fun fact: Peter and his family successfully climbed Mount Kinabalu for the first time in October 2022. They have taken to exploring other trails around Malaysia in their ongoing quest to remain active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Joanne will be pursuing her Executive MBA at the Stockholm School of Economics in 2024.
Allen Lewellyn Masudal
Allen Masudal has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He spent close to 10 years in Singapore before being exposed to lead special hospitality projects in the Netherlands and in the Philippines.
As a certified Hospitality Instructor, Allen believes in bringing out an individual’s potential through action. His strategic hands-on and focused approach in staff training and development is largely attributed to a concept adopted from SCALDA (previously known as ROC Zeeland) in the Netherlands.
Most recently, he decided to come home and lead the pre-opening operations team at Intercontinental Hotel Group’s first property Holiday Inn Express brand in his hometown of Borneo, Sabah.
Fond memories of taking care of children and “golden agers” throughout his career led him to the easy decision to join the pioneering team at Millennia Village.
Beyond hospitality, Allen enjoys camping outdoors and listening to various compilations of music genres while sipping ‘teh C ping’. One day, he hopes to be able to do both, whilst seeing the Aurora Borealis.
