Millennia Village is a premier living community in its second year of operations, dedicated to providing an enriching and comfortable lifestyle for our residents. As we expand, we seek a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through partnerships and resident acquisition.
What are the immediate responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation and execution of Millennia Village’s go-to-market strategy, managing the full spectrum of sales cycle.
Work closely with the General Manager to determine sales performance metrics and KPIs, which includes preparation of monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to build propositions to ideal residents and strategic partners.
Lead the strategic business planning for future growth, including new product offerings by the Village for the customers.
Lead and mentor the sales executives team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. This encompasses onboarding, training and development and performance appraisals.

What are the requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management. Experience in hospitality is a plus.
Familiarity with CRMs to drive data-driven decision making is a must. You must be able to utilise CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and optimise sales pipelines and apply forecasting techniques to predict occupancy trends and revenue growth. Ability to implement tools in the future to streamline sales processes is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across functional teams.
Excellent language command (written and verbal) in English. Fluency in Mandarin (Cantonese and/or Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia) is an added advantage.
The role requires you to be located in Seremban, and from time to time, be available to travel to Kuala Lumpur for sales visits and/ or management meetings.
