You will be working closely with the General Manager and the Founders to operationalise Millennia Village and put best-practice people-strategies in place. What are the immediate responsibilities: Establish an effective HR workflow i.e payroll, leave, benefits etc. Talent acquisition of key positions outlined in the workforce plan. Develop Millennia Village’s employer branding and unique propositions. Drive the workforce hiring / acquisition based on the core competencies. Curate and implement a “WOW” onboarding experience. What are the requirements: 3-5 years of experience working in Human Resources.Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across functional teams.Must be able to lead yourself.Must be able to build a team.Experience in industrial relations matters is an added advantage.Have experience in monitoring the department’s budget and resource planning.To embed and sustain the desired corporate culture.Excellent language command (written and verbal) in English. Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia) is an added advantage.The role requires you to be located in Seremban.
