We are looking for an IT & Support Officer to oversee the information technology needs of Millennia Village. This individual will be responsible to ensure Millennia Village implements best practice technological systems, software, and equipment, layered with top notch security.
What are the immediate responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including computers, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Ensure that all IT systems and applications are secure, reliable, and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Provide training and support to end-users, including the use of software applications, email, and other IT systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT-related activities and issues.
Work with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for IT systems and applications.
Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure the integrity of data and systems.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

What are the requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
Experience in hospitality or healthcare environment is an added advantage.
Pre-opening experience is an added advantage.
Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting techniques.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Familiarity with cloud-based computing and storage solutions.
Knowledge of data protection regulations, such as PDPA.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent language command (written and verbal) in English. Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia) is an added advantage.
Relocate or be located at the Village, located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
