Sales & Marketing Executive

You will be the bridge between our brand and the diverse generations we serve, translating Millennia Village’s unique value proposition into meaningful conversations, compelling content and lasting relationships.

What are the responsibilities?

Sales & Client Management

⁠Manage daily enquiries across multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, calls) with prompt and professional responses
Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Prepare customised quotations, proposals and packages (room stays, meetings, events, wellness programmes)
Coordinate and host site visits, presentations and client meetings
⁠Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to encourage repeat business

Event & Programme Coordination

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution
⁠Coordinate logistics for corporate events, retreats, and group bookings
Support planning and execution of special events and campaigns (e.g. gala nights, themed events, wellness programmes)
⁠Handle pre-event, on-site, and post-event follow-ups, including reporting

Marketing & Business Development

Assist in developing and executing sales strategies targeting corporate and government sectors
Support expansion initiatives into new markets (e.g. Singapore)
Contribute to marketing materials such as proposals, brochures, and promotional content
Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and recommendations for improvement

Operational Support

Work closely with reservations and operations teams for booking confirmations and guest arrangements
Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing and reporting
⁠Handle client concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner
Organise and oversee advertising/ communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.

What are the requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, hospitality or event coordination (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)
Curiosity in AI and automation for sales operational efficiency
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic presentation tools

Preferred Skills

Confidence in handling clients and presenting proposals
Ability to handle challenging client enquiries with professionalism
Strong sense of customer service and hospitality
